Power can be translated to high performance athletes as well as the average person in their day to day lives. Our power programs are carefully constructed using tried and tested methods to help people achieve optimal explosiveness and force production. To ensure that all the structures in your body are prepared for the forces that power training puts your body through, we highly recommend you complete a minimum of 6 weeks strength program before commencing our power programs.
